
The Certificate III in Theatre & Screen Performance (91361NSW) is an accredited course offered in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. VET courses provide students with skills that directly relate to the needs of the Industries they serve.
The Certificate III in Theatre & Screen Performance is an accredited part-time course which runs overĀ 31 weeks and introduces students to professional practices in a number of performance and performance-related areas.
Apart from skills training in Voice, Movement and Stage and Screen Acting the course offers classes in Singing, Improvisation, Comedy, Australian Theatre History, Industry Practice and Lighting and Staging. The breadth of the curriculum aims to assist students to make appropriate choices about future work and training options.

Structure
The course runs for 7 months part time (Monday – Thursday, 6:30pm – 9.30pm, Sunday 9am – 5pm), and is programmed into 4 terms, over 31 weeks.
There are appox. 20 contact hours per week. The course is Austudy approved.
Cost:
$1,200 per term ($4,800 per year)
Fees are payable by term, in advance.
The Certificate III course is approved for Austudy, ABSTUDY and the Pensioner Education Supplement.
