Director - Ken Boucher

Ken is a graduate of the NIDA Directors' course and a former NIDA Staff Director. He has worked with a number of major State and regional theatre companies, taught extensively in University Drama Departments and has considerable experience as a producer and director of radio drama. Prior to taking up the position of Director of the Drama School, Ken was Course Co-ordinator at Sydney's Actors College of Theatre and Television.

Youth Coordinator - Scott Gooding

Scott Gooding has been a director, actor and tutor for over 16 years. He has worked for many of Melbourne's theatre companies and has been running courses in filmmaking, animation and acting throughout the city. Scott is also Artistic Director of Vicious Fish Theatre.

Administrator - Kitty Skeen

Kitty completed a Bachelor of Music, a Graduate Diploma in Arts (English Literature) and a Graduate Diploma in Education at the University of Melbourne. She has worked as a teacher in Victoria, New South Wales, and the UK, and as an administrator in a number of diverse roles.
